"I heard overwhelming
feedback from the teachers and the 4th graders. You have a way
of presenting history in a really interesting light... thank
you for your generous gift of time and talent."
"Your book is very interesting
and the pictures are amazing. It is fun to see how Sylvania has
grown!"
"The Sylvania
book is great. It provides a wonderful pictorial history of the town. I
only lived there a few years but I recognize most of the names and the
places. I worked at Sautter's Food Center when I was in high school,
which is right downtown and the original site of the Toledo and Western
Rail Compay rail yard." NG from Bexley, Ohio
"I loved the
Sylvania book. The photo that especially caught my eye was the one of
Centennial Terrace. My husband used
to go swimming there over 45 years ago. My friends and I went there
several times to swim and to dances. The last time we were there
together was for the Four Freshman Concert, probably in the middle to
late 1960s." Linda from Texas
